The hotel had friendly and efficient staff, who made me feel welcome. Thanks especially to Chaimae for her service at checkout time. There is a safe dry garage for bikes. Location is convenient, it's a 10 minute walk into the town centre.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The parking lot was perfect. Very convenient and great for those traveling by car. The staff was very friendly and told me good directions on how to get to the 5th Best Christmas Market in Europe. This was an easy walk and I would stay here again if I come back some year for the Christmas Market again. The room was a very comfortable size and I had a nice bathroom. All went well. I was very happy because I had never heard of this chain of hotels before.

Sunday, the hotel seemed to be fully empty when we arrived. Surprisingly we had a very warm welcome from the receptionist Ayoub. He was very service minded and had a super positive vibe. His English was way better than average in la douce France. Explained where we could get dinner in town. Rooms are good on price/quality. ♥️

Room and hotel are clean and modern, parking outside, good breakfast. Location ok, not far to walk into town.

It was a very easy solution for us to sleep one night at Kyriad. After an issue with the rooms we’ve booked we were given an alternative family room and free breakfast to compensate for the trouble. Thank you for taking care of us Kyriad team!

This property has plenty of parking, is a comfortable place to stay and only a short walk into the centre of town. The staff were excellent and there was a good continental breakfast included.

Hotal is OK, staff really friendly. Cleanliness and beds OK. Walking distance to centre about 10min. Surrounding quiet, we slept well with open window and had cooling unit turned off.

Helpful staff. Good Sized comfortable room. Kettle and some tea and coffee making goods provided. Easy parking.

Very modern rooms and nice breakfast. The staff was very polite and helpful. We had an upgrade to a superior room, which was wonderful. We mostly enjoyed that it had a private parking for free. 10 minutes walk to the city centre.
